A 13-year-old girl trying to catch her school bus to Harvard-Westlake Middle School on Friday was struck by two vehicles and pronounced dead at a hospital, according to the police.

i knew julia siegler. she was a talented dancer and a beautiful person, inside and out. her eyes and smile would mesmerize you and her laugh would make your heart warm and fuzzy. julia always put others before herself. she loved life and everything about it. she was charming and kind and spread her warm feelings to every corner of her life. so don’t just slow down on the corners of streets for julia. slow down in your life and think about all you have, because one day, it might all be gone. i love you julia, keep on dancing and prancing in the sky.
